Contractual Agreement
By signing below, I understand that as the property owner/landlord/purchaser, I am responsible for obtaining all necessary
and applicable building permits. In The event of a problem arising from my failure to do so, I agree to hold Kramer International harmless and to pay whatever reasonable charges which may be incurred by Kramer International or myself to rectify the situation.
In the event the structure has to be taken down, moved and/or modified because of my failure to obtain the necessary permits or my error made in ordering, I agree to pay Kramer International in full, plus reasonable charges for additional work or modifications made. If for some reason my site is not ready when the installation crew arrives, I agree to pay for the extra trip made by Kramer International at the rate of $100.00 per extra trip required and/or to pay for any work performed by the installation crew to make the site ready at a rate of $25.00 per man hour, provided I am first called and the installation is scheduled with my approval. I also understand that at no time will Kramer International be held liable for income lost due to my lost time at work or other losses due to unforeseen circumstances, which might not allow the Kramer International crew to arrive at the specified time of installation. If for some reason I decide to cancel the building order after verification, I agree to forfeit any and all down payments made to Kramer International and its dealers. If for some reason, a customer's building is not finished due to my or Kramer International’s mistake, but is near completion, I agree Kramer International will receive 90% of the outstanding balance, with the remaining 10% due and payable upon completion. I also agree with the quoted price of the building and to pay the balance due at the time of installation completion.
Building Inspection and/or Permit (check one): Will Will not be required
I understand, if site is riot level or as indicated above or other problems are encountered requiring additions or modifications to your structure, a $50.00 service charge will be added to the balance for on site or factory modifications and return trips.
I understand and accept this contract and agree to abide by its terms.
